摘　　要：农民工是转型中国一个特定的社会群体,也是一种不同于市民和农民的社会身份。农民工身份对农民工就业资本发挥着直接和间接的消极影响,是农民工公民资格无法充分实现的因素之一。文章基于"差异政治"的价值诉求,提出了提升农民工就业资本的政治策略,即实施"差异政治"。Migrant workers from rural areas are a special social group in China and their identity is defferent both from citizens and from farmers.The identity of rural migrant workers exerts direct or indirect negative effects on employment cppital and is one of the factors preventing them from realizing their identity.The paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance employment capital of rural migrant workers.
