成都地区老年人代谢综合征及其相关因素的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的了解成都地区老年人代谢综合征(MS)及其代谢异常组分的流行情况。方法利用成都市慢性病防治项目的现况调查资料,分别根据中华医学会糖尿病分会(CDS)和2007年最新颁布的《中国成人血脂异常防治指南》中MS的诊断标准,分析60岁及以上老年人MS患病情况。结果依据CDS诊断标准,成都地区老年人MS的患病率为33.16%,其中男性26.22%,女性35.28%,59.71%的老年人同时有2种或2种以上代谢异常;依据《中国成人血脂异常防治指南》诊断标准,MS的患病率为35.64%,其中男性29.17%,女性40.84%,65.07%的老年人同时有2种或2种以上代谢异常。各代谢异常组分中,高血压和高血糖发生率最高,均超过一半以上。老年女性MS患病率明显高于男性,但MS患病率未随年龄增加而升高。结论成都地区老年人群MS及其相关代谢异常患病率高,制定基于社区老年人MS的干预策略,以降低心血管事件的发生非常必要。Objective To estimate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome （MS） and its components among the community-dwelling elders in Chengdu area.Methods A cross-sectional population-based survey for chronic diseases in Chengdu was performed in 2008.The prevalence of MS in the elderly aged 60 years or older according to MS criteria defined by Chinese Diabetes Society （CDS） and Preventive Guideline of Dyslipidemia for Chinese Adults respectively were examined.Results According to the CDS,the prevalence of MS among the elderly in Chengdu was 33.16%,and 26.22% in men,35.28% in women.59.71% elders had two or more metabolic disorders.According to the criteria of Preventive Guideline of Dyslipidemia for Chinese Adults,the prevalence of MS among the elderly in Chengdu was 35.64%,and 29.17% in men,40.84% in women.65.07% elders had two or more metabolic disorders.Among its components,the top two were high blood pressure and the hyperglycaemia.More than half of elders suffered from high blood pressure and the hyperglycaemia.Women had higher prevalence of MS than men.However,there was no clear age-related increase in the prevalence of MS in this population.Conclusions The MS and its related disorders are highly prevalent in the elderly in Chengdu.The comprehensive interventions targeting the community-dwelling elders with MS to reduce the cardiovascular events are required.
