摘  要:依据液体混合池模型推导出液体并流塔板池间汽体不混合时的板效率计算式,并提出混合池数 N 与 Peclet 数关系式。板效率计算式使计算过程简化,并且计算结果与 Ashley-Haselden 方法的计算值完全一致。用本文和 Diener 提出的板效率计算式的计算结果,对 N 与 Pe 关系式的精度进行了检验。The present paper,using the mixed-pool model to analyse conditions of par-tial mixing in the liquid,suggests mathematical relationships between point effi-ciency and Murphree plate efficiency under conditions of unmixed vapor betweenthe mixed pools and liquid flowing in the same direction on successive trays,i.e.For λ≠1 α=〔(λE_(OG)(α-1))/(N(E_(OG)+α-1))+1〕~NE_(MV)=(α-1)/(λ-1)For λ=1 E_(MV)=2E_(OG)/〔2-(1- 1/N)E_(OG)〕The calculated results are in good agreement with that computed fromAshley-Haselden's mixed-pool approach.The mathematical relationships proposed inthis paper are simpler and more convenient to use.The following two equations relating N to Pe are proposed:and simplified relation N=(Pe^2)/2(e^(-Pe)+Pe-1)Pe=N+N(1-1/N)(1/2)To test the validity of the equations,data calculated from Diener's diffusionapproach are compared with that computed for the analogous mixed pool case.Itcan be seen that the equations give excellent accuracy.
