摘 要:采用丝束电极测量防锈油的电阻分布,研究油膜防护性能的影响因素,并通过AES表面分析技术分析油膜/金属体系经腐蚀介质浸泡后的组分及各组分的深度分布,探测油膜下的金属腐蚀情况.结果表明,油膜对基底金属的防护性能是不均匀的;油膜下金属的腐蚀是局部地、不均匀发生的;电阻测试与AES表面分析结果之间有较好的吻合性.The resistance distribution of oil film was measured using wire beam electrode and its effect on protective behavior of the oil film was examined. Metal corrosion under oil film was also investigated on the basis of the surface composition analysis and its depth distribution obtained by AES. The results showed that the protective behavior of oil film was inhomogeneous, and the corrosion under oil film occured locally. The inhomogeneity and propective behavior of rust-preventing oil could be approved by introducing inhibitors. The thickness of oil film and immersion duration affected the protective behavior of rust-preventing oil. The resistance was consistent with the results of AES.
