摘  要:以手工电弧焊、药芯焊丝半自动焊和全自动气体保护焊三种焊接方法为例,从生产效率、保证焊接质量的难易程度、劳动强度、技术先进性和经济效益等方面进行比较,认为在管道环缝焊接领域全自动气体保护焊最具发展潜力,药芯焊丝半自动焊兼备手工焊和CO2保护焊的优点,具有强大的生命力。Three welding methods, such as manual electric arc welding, flux-cored wire semi-automatic welding, full auto-gas shielded arc welding, are compared according to the following aspects: production efficiency, the degree of difficult or easy on ensuring welding quality, the intensity of labor, the advanced technique and economic efficiency etc. The results are as fellows: in the field of circumferential weld, full auto-gas shielded arc welding will have good prospect; flux-cored wire semi-automatic welding has advantages of not only arc welding, but also CO gas-shielded welding, it shows strong vitality; but manual electric arc welding will be used for quite some time.
