摘　　要：介绍了国家九五重点高科技推广应用项目，天津市科委及国家科委“火炬计划”项目之一，电焊钢管整体加热张力减径热轧技术。采用该工艺技术开发了低中压锅炉用钢管，经检测和应用，质量水平与无缝钢管等同。并在尺寸精度。The technique of electric welding pipe treated by whole heating up, tension reducing and hot-rolling is introduced, which is one of state '' major high-tech popular project, and one of 'torch plan' project of the state scientific technical council. Low or middle pressure boiler tube is developed with this technique. By examination and application, the standard of quality is equal to seamless pipe, even super to seamless pipe in size precision, superficial quality and price of production.
