摘　　要：指出了５０１９异型焊管采用先成型后焊接生产工艺的特点，在生产实践中通过对不同成型工艺的试验、对比和产生的问题的分析，提出了一些改进措施。This paper points out the production technological characteristic of 5019 profile steel tube welded after forming. By experiment, comparing on many different forming technologies and analysis of problem caused, provides some improvement measures.
