摘　　要：根据铸造铝合金及真空密封造型特点,分析了铸造铝合金真空密封造型铸造浇注系统设计要求及浇注系统类型。其适宜的浇注系统形式有:底注式、阶梯式、倾转式等。该研究结果在ZL101高压开关壳体的真空密封造型铸造中得到了生产验证。According to the features of vacuum sealed molding of aluminum alloy casting,the design requirement and forms of gating system was researched.The proper gating system has three forms,such as bottom-gating,ladder-gating and tilt-gating.The results were validated in the production of ZL101 high voltage switch shell under vacuum sealed molding.
