摘　　要：针对LC4铝合金壳体毛坯的结构特点及材料特性,对该壳体毛坯的"温-冷复合挤压"工艺进行试验研究。结果表明:采用"温-冷复合挤压"工艺成形的LC4壳体工件满足使用要求,为该类零件生产工艺设计提供了有价值的参考。In view of the structure feature and the material’s specific property of LC4 Al alloy shell,the warm-cold complex extrusion precess for shell body blank was studied by experiment.The results show that the shell forgings under warm-cold complex extrusion can meet the quality requirement,the process provides reliable references for the process design of similar shell body blank.
