超声检查慢性血吸虫肝病的价值

摘　　要：目的评价超声对慢性血吸虫肝病的诊断价值。方法对2008年3月至2008年10月体检的998例慢性血吸虫肝脏超声图像进行分析;分析内容包括:肝脏大小、形态、内部回声、门静脉、肝静脉粗细、走向。结果 998例中,967例(96.9%)有慢性血吸虫肝病超声声像表现,其中网格状513例(51.4%),粗点状408例(40.9%),无改变31例(3.1%),门脉增宽153例(15.3%),门脉壁增厚662例(66.3%)。结论超声检查对于慢性血吸虫肝病有重要的诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of chronic hepatic schistosomiasis.Methods From March 2008 to October 2008,ultrasonographic liver images of 5496 cases with chronic schistosomiasis were analyzed,from the size,shape,internal echogenicity of liver,and the diameter and course of portal and hepetic veins.Results In 998 cases,967 cases（96.9%） showed ultrasonographic features of chronic hepatic schistosomiasis.There were 513 cases to be latticelike（51.4%）,408 cases to be dotty（40.9%）,and 31cases to be unchanged（3.1%）.And 153 cases had widenthy of portal vein（15.3%） and 662 cases（66.3%） had thickening of hepetic veins.Conclusion It is valuable for ultrasonography in the diagnosis of chronic liver schistosomiasis.
