摘　　要：分子影像学引领着21世纪医学影像学的发展方向,是连接分子生物学和临床医学的桥梁,有助于在活体分子水平上四维揭示发病机制与关键药物靶点,成为当今转化医学的关键载体,将革命性地影响现代医学模式。Molecular imaging,undoubtedly,leads the development of medical imaging in the 21st century,and serves as a bridge between molecular biology and clinical medical sciences.Molecular imaging helps to interrogate and explore the mechanisms of diseases and potential targets of drugs at cellular and molecular levels in vivo in four dimensions and translate achievements of basic biology into clinical practice as the key carrier of translational medicine,which revolutionarily influences the model of modern medical sciences.
