摘  要:在冬季水温(10±1)℃下测定了磺胺嘧啶(SD)、磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM2)、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶(SMM)对鲤鱼的肝微粒体蛋白含量、肝细胞色素P450含量以及酶系活性的影响。采用超速离心法提取鲤鱼肝微粒体,Bradford法测肝微粒体蛋白含量,紫外分光光度法测定CYP450酶系的活性。结果显示,SD、SM2、SMM处理组的CYP450含量、AND活性、AH活性与对照组差异极显著。SD、SM2、SMM处理组会使肝微粒体蛋白含量明显降低,磺胺类药物对AND、AH活性具有显著的抑制作用;对CYPb5含量和ERND活性没有影响。上述研究结果为进一步研究磺胺类药物对探针药物在肝微粒体中代谢的影响提供了依据。At winter temperature(10±1)℃,the influence of 3 sulfonamides SD,SM2 and SMM on the carp liver microsomal protein concentration and the activity was meas ured.The carp liver microsome was extracted by ultracentrifugation.The protein content in the microsome was measured by Bradford method.The activity of CYP450 was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.The content of CYP450 and the activities of AND and AH in treatment(SD,SM2 and SMM)were significantly different from that in the control group.The sulfonamides SD,SM2 and SMM could make the content of liver microsoma l protein decrease and inhibit the activities of AND and AH significantly.The difference was extremely significant statistically.These sulfonamides had no effect on the content of CYPb5 and the activity of ERN D.These results provided a basis for further studies of the influence of sulfonami des on metabolism of probe drugs in liver microsomes.
