摘　　要：目的:实现谷峰比值指标统计分析报表的自动化输出。方法:调用SAS程序的int、floor等函数、merge等语句和procmean/ttest、wilcoxon等过程生成相应的统计分析报告表的宏命令。结果:生成了数据库转化、指标生成、指标检验和描述自动化输出表格的宏程序。结论:利用上述宏程序可以自动输出表格,提高临床试验评价工作效率。AIM：To develop an efficient SAS macros to automatically output table of statistical analysis report for trough： peak ratio index. METHODS： Applying SAS functions such as int, floor and SAS procedure such as proc mean /ttest, wilcoxon.RESULTS：Some SAS Macros were made including data management and transform, creating variables and outputing statistical analysis report tables.CONCLUSION： The SAS Macros are useful to output statistical analysis report tables and improve the efficiency for clinical trial evaluation.
