女性系统性红斑狼疮患者瘦素、泌乳素及性激素的检测

摘　　要：目的:检测女性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中瘦素、泌乳素及性激素水平并探讨其意义。方法:采用放射免疫分析法对34例女性SLE及30例正常对照组血清瘦素、泌乳素及性激素水平进行了检测。结果:女性SLE患者血清瘦素水平(11.58±1.76)ng/mL明显高于对照组(6.82±1.65)ng/mL,性激素中雌二醇(102.56±28.38)pmol/L明显高于对照组(72.80±25.29)pmol/L,睾酮水平(1.03±0.24)nmol/L明显低于对照组(4.86±1.12)nmol/L。黄体生成素及卵泡刺激素水平与对照组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05),而泌乳素水平(32.53±8.51)μg/L高于正常对照组(15.20±3.29)μg/L(P<0.01)。相关分析显示瘦素水平与雌二醇和泌乳素水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与睾酮水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:女性SLE患者瘦素水平可能与雌二醇、睾酮及泌乳素的变化有关。Objective： To detect the level of leptin, prolactin and sex hormones in the serum of female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods： The levels of leptin, prolactin and sex hormones in the serum of 34 patients with SLE and 30 normal controls were measured by radio - immanoassy. Results： Compared to the normal controls, the levels of serum leptin,estradiol and prolactin were significantly higher （ P 〈 0.01）, the level of serum testosterone was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.01 ）, but there was no significant difference in the level of prolactin, controlprolactin luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone between female SLE patients and controls （ P 〈 0.05）. The results of correlation analysis showed that the level of serum leptin was posively correlated with the level of estradiol and prolactin （ P 〈 0.05） ,and negatively with the level of testosterone （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： The level of leptin in female SLE patients may be related to the changes in the level of prolactin and sex hormone.
