摘　　要：针对渐开线花键冷搓成形工艺建立了咬入条件，从而为冷搓工艺的顺利进行提供了保障。In this paper,the biting condition of cold rolling process for involute spline manufacture is built up.The condition provides guarantee for the success of the process,and provides basis for tool design and tryout.
