彩色多普勒超声联合肿瘤标志物检测对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声联合肿瘤标志物CA125、CA199对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:选取2009年1～12月在本院治疗的卵巢恶性肿瘤患者85例,回顾性分析二维超声、彩色多普勒血流显像及血清CA125、CA199水平,并将术前结果与术后病理进行对照。结果:单一的彩色多普勒超声阳性率为88.23%,CA125阳性率91.76%,CA199阳性率21.18%,彩色多普勒超声联合肿瘤标志物的诊断阳性率96.47%,联合检查较单项检查有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声联合血清CA125、CA199检查对卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断临床价值较高,大大提高了卵巢恶性肿瘤阳性诊断率。Objective：To investigate the clinical value of combined measurement of serum CA125,CA199 and color Dopplerultrasound imaging for the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods：85 patients who were treated in our hospital from Jan to Dc 2009,with epithelial ovarian cancer were chosen to analyse two disional ultrasound,color Doppler flow imagin and serum CA125,CA199 then the prediction results before operation were conduted with pathology. Results：The positive rates of Dopplerultrasound examination,CA125,CA199,and combined measurement of serum CA125,CA199,and color Dopplerultrasound imaging were 88.23%,91.76%,21.18%,and 96.47% respectively. Combined measurement and exclusive examination had statistically significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion：Combined measurement of serum CA125,CA199,color Dopplerultrasound imaging may be an useful tool in the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer,thereby enhancing epithelial ovarian tumor detecting rates.
