影响超声聚焦治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变疗效的临床因素分析(英文)

摘　　要：目的:探讨影响聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变远期效果的相关因素。方法:经病理检查证实为外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的患者382例,聚焦超声治疗期间及治疗后,观察病变部位的症状及体征,进行疗效评价,分析病理类型、年龄、病程长短、病变面积、瘙痒程度与疗效的关系。结果:聚焦超声治疗后患者的瘙痒症状缓解,外阴的形态和色泽基本恢复正常,总有效率达99.74%。不同病理类型、不同年龄段、不同病变面积、不同病程、不同搔痒程度之间治愈率差异有统计学意义(分别χ2=9.58,P<0.01;χ2=22.385,P<0.01;χ2=57.99,P<0.01;χ2=32.260,P<0.01;χ2=42.13,P<0.01)。结论:聚焦超声是外阴上皮内非瘤样病变较理想的治疗方法,其疗效与病理类型、年龄、病程长短、病变面积、瘙痒程度有关。Objective To explore the related factors to influence the curative effect of focused ultrasound treatment for non neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva.Methods A total of 382 patients with non neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva were included in this study and treated by focused ultrasound.During and after the treatment,the symptoms and physical signs of the subjects were observed,and the efficacy was evaluated.We analyzed the relation between pathologic type,age,course,area,or itch degree and curative effect.Results Symptoms of all patients were relieved,and appearance and color of the vulva became normal after the ultrasound treatment,with a total effective rate of 99.74%.The cure ratios of patients with different pathologic types,ages,courses,areas,and itch degrees were significantly different（χ^2=9.58,P0.01;χ^2=22.385,P0.01;χ^2=32.260,P0.01;χ^2=57.99,P0.01;χ^2=42.13,P〈0.01,respectively）.Conclusion Focused ultrasound treatment is safe and effective for the nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva and the efficacy is associated with the pathologic type,age,course,area,and itch degree.
