铝合金压铸高效水基脱模剂的研制

摘　　要：采用市售的普通原料,通过研究各种乳化剂的合理配比,调配出高效复合乳化剂对二甲基硅油和聚乙烯蜡进行乳化,制得性质稳定、脱模效果良好的铝合金水基脱模剂。其各项性能指标接近或达到了进口同类型脱模剂的水平,而价格仅为进口同类产品的40%～50%。With common commercial raw materials,through rational proportion of various emulsifier,high efficient compound emulsifier was prepared,which was used to emulsify simethicone and polyethylene to successfully produce water-based releasing agent for aluminum alloy with stabile properties and desirable releasing effects. The releasing agent exhibits ideal in property indexes.
