摘　　要：目的探讨梨状腹综合征的临床特征及诊治方法,提高对梨状腹综合征的认识。方法回顾性分析1例梨状腹综合征的临床资料并复习有关文献。结果经导尿及抗感染治疗,患者症状缓解。随访6月,无复发。结论影像学检查可诊断此病。梨状腹综合征的发生可能与遗传因素有关。Objective To discuss the clinical feature and management of prune-belly syndrome.Methods The clinical data of one case with prune-belly syndrome was analyzed,and the related literatures were reviewed.Results During 6 months of follow-up,the patient had no recurrence.Conclusion Prune-belly syndrome might be related to qenetic factors and imaging examination might be the best approach of diagnosis.
