摘 要:对三叶草形和圆柱形γ-Al_2O_3挤条催化剂载体颗粒进行了内扩散和床层压强降的研究。压强降的研究在气液并流向下的滴流床中进行。滴流床内径为0.042m。气液系统为空气-水,空气-甘油水溶液和空气-表面活性剂水溶液。气体质量流率为0.012-0.80kg/m^2·s,液体质量流率为1.22—47.9kg/m^2·s。颗粒内扩散实验在转筐扩散装置中进行,测定了催化剂载体颗粒的液-液内扩散曲线。溶质为1,3,5-三甲基苯,溶剂为环己烷。实验结果表明,三叶草形催化剂颗粒的床层压强降比圆柱形低(当圆柱形直径等于三叶草形 D),内扩散速度比圆柱形快。并得到用于小颗粒和异形颗粒床层压强降的经验关联式:lnf_(LG)=7.41-1.24ln(z/ψ^(1.1))+0.074[ln(z/ψ^(1.1)Diffusion within particles and pressure drop in a trickle bed were investigatedfor non-cylindrical three-lobe shaped catalysts.Pressure drop was investigated by using systems of air-water,air-aqueoussolution of glycerol,and air-water with surfactant in a trickle bed of 0.042m in-side diameter.Gas flow rates were 0.012—0.80kg/m^2·s and liquid rates were 1.22—47.9kg/m^2·s,The diffusion experiments were carried out in a spinning basketdevice using 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene as solute and cyclohexane as solvent,curvesof liquid-liquid diffusion were plotted.Experimental results show that three-lobe catalyst particles are lower inpressure drop and higher in intraparticle diffusion rate than cylindrical particlesof corresponding sizes.Experimental correlation can be obtained by regressionanalysis of the data of pressure drop:lnf_(LG)=7.41-1.24ln(z/Ψ^(1.1))+0.074[ln(z/Ψ^(1.1))]~2
