摘　　要：Gastrointestinal bleeding is a common acute clinical emergency, with a mortality rate of 5%-12%.Most gastrointestinal bleeding is self-limited, but a small number of cases are difficult to treat due to an untraceable site and cause of bleeding, massive bleeding, serious illness, or other complications. Conservative treatment usually cannot achieve effective hemostasis.2 Blind exploratory laparotomy is risky and often leads to delayed postoperative recovery.
