摘　　要：李祥云教授认为,肾阴亏虚、湿热邪毒内蕴是免疫性不孕的基本病机,其治疗应从滋补肾阴、清热解毒着手,并遵循月经周期,配合活血调经。Professor Li Xiangyun holds that kideny yin deficiency with damp-heat turbidity toxin is the basic pathogenesis of immune infertility in the women, and the treatment aims to .nourish yin, clear heat and detoxify following the menstrual cycle.
