茵陈白术汤联合西医常规疗法治疗早期新生儿病理性黄疸疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察茵陈白术汤联合西医常规疗法治疗早期新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效。方法将409例早期新生儿病理性黄疸随机分为治疗组(215例)、对照组(194例)。其中对照组采用常规西医治疗方法,治疗组在常规西医疗法的基础上加服茵陈白术汤。观察两组黄疸消退时间、光疗不良反应及医院感染发生率。结果与对照组比较,治疗组黄疸消退时间较短(P<0.01),光疗不良反应及医院感染发生率较低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论茵陈白术汤联合西医常规疗法治疗早期新生儿病理性黄疸疗效良好,且可减少光疗不良反应及感染发生。Objective To investigate the effect of ＂ Yinchen Baizhu Decoction＂ on early neonatal pathological jaundice. Methods Four hundred and nine cases of early neonatal pathological jaundice were divided into treatment group and control group ; 194 cases in the control group were treated with conventional modality, and 215 cases in the treatment group received conventional modality combined with ＂Yinchen Baizhu Decoction＂. Jaundice regression time, adverse reactions of blue-light therapy and infections were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the jaundice regression time in the treatment group was shorter （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the incidence of adverse reactions of blue-light therapy and infection rate were lower（ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Yinchen Baizhu Decoction＂ combined with routine western medicine has good efficacy on early neonatal pathological jaundice, and may reduce side effects of blue-light therapy and incidence of infection.
