摘　　要：目的观察枳实消痞方对危重病患者胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将40例住院实施肠内营养支持的危重病并胃肠功能障碍患者分为两组,治疗组和对照组各20例,两组均实施肠内营养支持,治疗组加用枳实消痞方鼻饲治疗,连用10天。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者胃肠道不良反应和营养不良事件的发生减少,免疫功能增强。结论枳实消痞方能改善危重病患者胃肠道障碍。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Zhishi Xiaopi Decoction＂ in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in severe patients. Methods Forty severe patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomized into two groups： control group in which 20 cases were given enteral nutrition and treatment group in whieh 20 eases were given enteral nutrition and ＂Zhishi Xiaopi Decoction＂ by nasal feeding, with a course of 10 days. Results Compared with the eontrol group, gastrointestinal side effects and nutrition accidents reduced and immunity boosted in the treatment group. Conclusion ＂Zhishi Xiaopi Deeoetion＂ is effective to improve the gastrointestinal dysfunction in severe patients.
