摘 要:以竹材和木材加工剩余物为原料、竹碎料和木纤维为基本结构单元,选择竹碎料的不同规格、竹碎料与木纤维的不同混合比、不同的施胶量和不同目标密度作为工艺因素,经热压胶合得到一种新型竹木碎料/纤维复合材料。当竹碎料规格为>10mm、施胶量为10%、竹木混合比为65%:35%、目标密度为0.8g/cm^3时,产品的主要物理力学性能均超过同类刨花板和中密度纤维板的国家标准,表明竹碎料与木纤维复合较好地弥补了单一材料的不足,体现了良好的复合效应。With use of residue of bamboo and wood as raw material,and bamboo particle,wood fiber being basic unit,a new type of composite board were prepared by hot-pressing process.And the size of bamboo particle,the mass ratio of bamboo particle to wood fiber,resin content and target density were selected as technological factors.The experiment results showed under the conditions of the size of bamboo particle exceeding 10mm,mass ratio of bamboo particle to wood fiber being 65%:35%,resin content being 10%and target density being 0.8g/cm^3,the main physical-mechanical properties of the composite board were superior than that of PB or MDF having the same density specified in national standard Composing bamboo particle with wood fiber could compensate the defects of single raw material,and the new composite board embodied a good composition effect.
