摘　　要：论述群包的内涵、产生背景以及与国内威客的关系,分析图书馆引入群包理念的可行性与必要性。介绍国外图书馆的群包实践和带给我们的启示,研究图书馆应用群包理念的实践操作框架;认为群包必将成为图书馆未来最富有挑战意义的工具。The paper introduces the definition, the background of crowdsourcing and the differences between crowdsourcing and Wit- key, analyzes the feasibility and necessity, introduces foreign librarys＇ practices and revelations, and discusses the performance frame of library crowdsourcing. It thinks that the crowdsourcing must be the most challenging tool to the library.
