摘　　要：从中美对比的角度出发,通过全球通用的互联网统计工具,采集两国省、州级政府门户网站用户使用行为的数据,进行差异分析。进而引入人均GDP对各数据项做相关分析,探讨中美差异产生的原因。最后归纳出对我国政府网站的启示和研究存在的问题。User behavior was a factor to indicate the quality of government website. The data of global intemet statistics tools were gathered to find out the difference between websites of Chinese province and those of US states. Correlations were also tested to discover the reasons of the difference. Finally, some suggestions were given to improve Chinese government websites and the research limitations also were discussed
