摘 要:提出了一种"总体分布、局部集中式"的轿车车门ECU设计,ECU之间以CAN总线方式通信。以英飞凌公司XC164CS微控制器和TLE8201、BTS781功率驱动芯片为核心设计了车门ECU的硬件电路;在XC164CS上移植了μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,在此基础上进行了任务划分和应用软件设计,最后搭建了整个车门控制系统的实验台架。试验结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,达到了设计性能。The overall distribution and partly integration layout structure was bring forward in this study for the door ECU design for car. The CAN bus was adopted as the way of communication among ECUs. In the hardware design, the Infineon XC164CS microcontrollers as well as TLE8201 and BTS781 power driver ICs were utilized as the core-chips. The μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system was transplanted on the XC164CS to be the software platform, then the tasks were partitioned and the corresponding application software was designed. Finally, the test bench for the door control system was built and the experimental results implied that the overall system was stable and reliable. The performance of the system had achieved the desizn requirements.
