大区电网电力市场的网关及其电能计量系统

摘　　要：电力市场是顺应社会主义市场经济发展的必然产物。文章在讨论大区电网电力市场网关的基础上，总结了电量关口电能计量系统的现存问题，提出了在网级电力市场电量关口改造电能计量装置和建设远方电量计费系统的原则。The appearance of electricity market is the inevitable trend in the development of socialism market economy. Based on the discussion of the electric energy gateway of inter areal electricity market, the existing problems in electric energy metering system of electric energy gateway are summarised, the principles on the renovation of electric energy metering devices in the electric energy gateway of inter areal electricity market and that on constuction of remote electric energy tariff system are proposed.
