摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定广东产白花蛇舌草的槲皮素含量。方法色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(30∶70),检测波长370 nm,流速1 mL/min。结果槲皮素进样量在0.05～0.5μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.19%,RSD为0.81%(n=6)。结论该法快速、简便、准确,为评价白花蛇舌草的质量提供了科学依据。Objective To determine the content of quercetin in Oldenlandia diffusa （Willd.） from Guangdong. Methods The analysis was performed on the HPLC C18 column（250 mm ×4.6mm,5.0 μm） at the detection wavelength of 370 nm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.2% phosphoric acid （30：70） with the flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.05-0.5μg for quercetin （r=0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 100. 19% with RSD was 0.81% （n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which could be used for the quality control of Oldenlandia diffusa （Willd.）.
