蒲元和胃胶囊治疗反流性食管炎36例

摘　　要：目的观察蒲元和胃胶囊对反流性食管炎的疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例和对照组34例分别口服蒲元和胃胶囊1.0 g和六味安消胶囊1.5 g治疗,疗程8周。结果临床疗效总有效率治疗组为91.67%,对照组为67.65%;胃镜下疗效总有效率治疗组为88.89%,对照组为61.76%。两组疗效差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒲元和胃胶囊治疗反流性食管炎安全、有效。Objective To study the curative effects of Puyuan Hewei Capsule on reflux esophagitis. Methods 70 patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into two groups, the Puyuan Hewei Capsule （experimental group, n=36） and Liuwei Anxiao Capsule groups （control group, n=34）,the time of therapy was 8 weeks. Results The total clinical efficacy rates were 91.67% in the experimental group and 67.65% in the control group,the total efficacy rates by gastroscopy were 88.89% and 61.76% respectively,showing statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Puyuan Hewei Capsule is effective and safe for the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
