摘　　要：公立医院改革是医改的难点,同时也是关乎医改成败的关键,本文试图从就医、办医、管医三个角度对公立医院改革成功后带来的新模式作一展望,同时对其产生动因也作了深入剖析,对于进一步探索公立医院改革和医院管理创新走向具有一定的前瞻意义。Public hospital reform is the difficulty of the health system reform and is also the key content which decides the success or failure of health system reform. The new mode which results from public hospital reform is described in view of visiting a doctor, establishing a hospital and regulation. How the mode can be shaped is also discussed. It gives some reference for further public hospital reform and hospital management innovation.
