青海农牧区金融需求分析

摘　　要：农牧区经济的发展,对青海金融服务水平提出了更高的要求。青海农牧区金融需求不断增长,表现出需求旺盛、生产性资金和生活性资金需求的混同及多层次等特点。本文通过对青海农牧区金融需求的分析,提出以国有政策性金融和国有商业银行为主体、培育新的农牧区金融支农框架、以财政多渠道直接补贴农村金融、政策引导民间金融等建议,提高青海农牧区金融服务水平。The economic development of rural and pastoral areas of Qinghai,set a higher standard of financial services requirements.Qinghai growing financial needs of agricultural and pastoral areas,showing strong demand for productive capital and capital requirements of the confused nature of life and multi level and so on.In this paper,agricultural and pastoral areas of Qinghai financial needs analysis,proposed to the state-owned policy finance and state owned commercial banks as the mainstay of the agricultural and pastoral areas to cultivate a new framework for financial support for agriculture in order to finance multi-channel direct subsidies to rural finance,policy and guide private and financial proposals to improve the level of financial services to agricultural and pastoral areas in Qinghai.
