摘　　要：实施"走出去"战略,积极开展对外直接投资,有助于缓解我国出口企业面临的日益严重的国际贸易壁垒和贸易摩擦,对于推进我国产业结构提升和增强企业国际竞争力,具有现实而长远的重要意义。伴随着中国经济国际竞争力的不断增强,越来越多有条件的本土企业选择"走出去"投资战略。研究发展中国家对外直接投资理论,可以为现阶段我国企业成功"走出去"提供战略投资和路径选择的有益借鉴。Implementing the strategy of ＂making way into the world market＂ and actively carrying out FDI （Foreign Direct Investment） are helpful to ease the growing trade frictions and barriers faced with China export enterprises,which will have realistic and long-term importance for advancing China＇s industry structure and strengthening the international competitiveness of our enterprises.Along with increasingly improved international competitiveness of China＇s economy,more and more qualified local enterprises make choice of ＂making way into the world market＂.Research on the theory of outward FDI of developing countries can serve as a useful reference of the strategic investment and approach choice for our enterprises successfully making way into the world market.
