摘　　要：本文在对中小企业国际化理论归纳和介绍的基础上,对我国中小化工企业国际化经营的过程中所面临的竞争状态进行阐述,并在中小企业国际化理论的启发下,针对中小化工企业存在的问题予以分析,给出建议,指出我国中小化工企业在国际化过程中特别应该注意的问题。The paper is trying to give a statement of the current competitive status and an analysis on problems in the process of internationalization of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises in China on the basis of theories of internationalization for small and medium-sized enterprises.And it puts forward some suggestions and strategies for the small and medium sized chemical enterprises of China.
