摘　　要：在当今刑罚思想的指导下,罚金刑已成为世界各国适用最多的刑罚方法,大有取代自由刑成为刑罚体系中心的趋势。我国现行的罚金刑制度虽然在旧刑法的基础上有所改进,但还存在许多不尽完善之处,本文通过对我国罚金刑制度现状的评析,并针对我国罚金刑制度存在的几点不足之处,提出了自己的一些看法。旨在希望我国现行的罚金刑制度能得到进一步的健全和完善,以便能更恰当地适用罚金刑,真正做到罪刑相适应,实现刑罚的目的和功能。Though our country＇s current fine punishment system is improved to some extent on the basis of old criminal law,but have a lot of imperfections also.By evaluating and analyzing of our country＇s current fine punishment system.This text has pointed out the deficiency that the fine punishment system of our country exists,has put forward the suggestion of perfecting the fine punishment system of our country,so that we can appropriately suitable fine punishment,really make sure crime and punishment suit,realize the purpose and function of penalty.
