摘　　要：科技型中小企业创新基金,是国务院批准设立的用于支持科技型中小企业技术创新项目的政府专项基金,该创新基金自1999年全面启动以来,总体运行良好,但其中也存在一些问题。本文简要分析了创新基金在促进中小企业发展过程中的重要作用,为我国的创新基金在今后的顺利实施提出了建设性建议。Innovation fund is authorized by State Council specially to support technology innovation project in science and technology SME.Since it is launched in an all-round way in 1999,which the total function is all right,but there are still some problems in it.This paper analyzed the important function of the innovation fund in the course of promoting the development of SME,we advanced several constructive suggestion in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the innovation fund in the future.
