摘　　要：本文根据国家对建筑节能减排要求,对公共建筑节能改造在建筑节能中的地位和节能改造的标准进行了阐述,并根据三个门窗工程在公共建筑节能改造中的效果实例,提出了建筑节能改造中采用玻璃钢门窗的可行性和优越性,并强调了建筑节能减排实施重在监管。This article discussed the status and standards of energy-saving in Public building according to the energy conservation requirements of nation. Pointed out the feasibility and advantages of FRP doors and windows in building energy-saving according to three effect projects in public building. And stressed that the implementation of building energy conservation is regulation.
