日光性角化病中p33ING1蛋白的表达

摘　　要：目的：研究p33ING1基因表达与日光性角化病的发生、发展的关系。方法：应用免疫组化检测哈医大二院及黑龙江省医院皮肤科2004~2009年收治的35例日光性角化病组织中的p33ING1表达情况。结果：日光性角化病p33ING1蛋白表达阳性率为42.9%（15/35）,明显低于正常组的82.9%（29/35）,两者比较差异有显著性（χ2=11.99,P〈0.05）。结论：p33ING1蛋白在日光性角化病中的表达下降,提示p33ING1蛋白在日光性角化病的发生、进展中有重要意义,并有可能成为其肿瘤检测蛋白之一。Objective：To investigate the expression of p33ING1 protein rate in skin solar keratosis disease and its clinical significance.Methods：All samples of normal and cancer tissues f rom 35 patient s were detected for their protein expression levels of p33ING1 with the SP immunohistochemical staining.Results： The positive rate of p33ING1 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was 42.9 %,significantly lower than that of normal skin tissue（82.9 %,P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： The low expression of p33ING1 in carcinoma may be important fators related to carcinogenesis and development of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
