95%乙醇与50%硫酸镁湿敷用于产后痔疮的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较95%乙醇与50%硫酸镁湿敷用于产后痔疮的疗效。方法将100例产后痔疮的产妇分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用95%乙醇湿敷治疗痔疮,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗痔疮。比较两组干预前后痔疮水肿、疼痛和直径的变化。结果两组干预后痔疮水肿、疼痛均比干预前明显减轻,痔疮直径也较干预前明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。干预后观察组痔疮水肿情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组干预后痔疮疼痛和痔疮直径的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论与50%硫酸镁比较,使用95%乙醇湿敷能更有效地缓解产后痔疮的水肿程度。Objective To compare the treatment effect of 95% alcohol versus 50% magnesium sulfate on postpartum hemor rhoids.Methods One hundred women with postpartum hemorrhoids were randomly assigned to 95% alcohol group and 50% magnesium sulfate group,respectively.The edema,pain and diameter of hemorrhoids were assessed before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the edema,pain and diameter of hemorrhoids decreased significantly in both groups（P0.05）.The edema of hemorrhoids in 95% alcohol group was lower than that of 50% magnesium sulfate group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference on the pain and diameter of hemorrhoids between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared to 50% magnesium sulfate,wet compress with 95% alcohol is more effectively to alleviate post-partum hemorrhoids symptoms.
