摘　　要：总结了12例婴幼儿先天性心脏病双主动脉弓手术的护理配合。通过精心的术前准备,患儿均顺利完成手术治疗,安全返回监护室。充分的术前准备、妥善摆放手术体位、恰当的手术配合,能缩短双主动脉弓矫治术手术时间,改善患儿预后,确保手术成功率。This paper summarizes the intraoperative care during correction of congenital double aortic arch in 12 children.All the children got through the operation successfully and returned to the intensive care unit safely.Careful preoperative preparation,proper body position and proficient nursing cooperation skill could shorten the duration of operation,reduce the mortality and ensure the successful rate of operation.
