摘  要:目的缩短出院患者无效等待时间,提高护士的工作效率。方法通过对肿瘤科患者出院流程进行调查、分析,对患者出院等待时间长且抱怨最多的关键流程,采取相应的改进措施并与改进前进行效果比较。结果患者离院等待时间平均缩短了75min。结论优化护理工作流程,可以提高患者的满意度及护士工作效率。Objective To shorten the waiting time of patient discharge and improve nurses' work efficiency.Methods The problems in the current work flow of patient discharge were analyzed.Focused on the key points which resulted in long waiting time and patient complaints,some improving measures were implemented in the process of infusion on the discharged day,discharge prescriptions,fetching discharge drugs,taking out stitches and discharge records.Results After the improving measures of critical work flow of patient discharge,the patients' waiting time was shortened by 75 minutes.Conclusion Optimizing the work flow of patient discharge can increase patient satisfaction,improve nurses' work efficiency.
