摘 要:研究不同初始浓度Cu2+、Zn2+和pNP对污泥增长率、污泥容积指数(SVI)的影响,对比分析Cu2+、Zn2+对污泥COD去除率的抑制作用.结果表明:随Cu2+、Zn2+及pNP浓度的增加,污泥增长率呈下降趋势,SVI值则变化较小,且三者最佳抑制浓度分别为9、15、20 mg.L-1.Zn2+对污泥分解有机物(COD去除)活性的抑制作用小于Cu2+.Cu2+-pNP共存时对污泥减量化作用更为明显,最佳抑制浓度比(Cu2+∶pNP)为9∶1.The effects of different initial concentrations of Cu2+ , Zn2+ and pNP on the growth rate of sludge and sludge volume index (SVI) were investigated. Comparative analysis was conducted to explore the inhibitory effects of Cu2 + and Zn2 + on COD removal rate. The results showed that the growth rate of sludge decreased with increase in the concentrations of Cue + , Zn2 + and pNP, where as a little change was observed in SVI. The optimal concentrations were 9 mg·L^-1 for Cu2+ , 15 mg·L^-1 for Zn2+and 20 mg·L-1 for pNP, respectively. The inhibitory effects of Zn2+ on the activity of sludge for decomposing organic compound were lower than those of Cu2+. The coexistence of Cu2+ and pNP was favorable to the sludge reduction with an optimal concentration ratio of 9:1 for Cu2+: pNP.
