摘 要:采用脱氮除磷膜生物反应器(BNPR—MBR)开展了处理北方某城市生活污水的中试研究。近200d的运行表明,对COD、BOD,的去除率分别稳定在93%、98%,其中生化降解与膜截留对去除COD的贡献率分别为88.4%和11.6%;在平均负荷为0.68kgCOD/(m3·d)的情况下,系统的污泥产率约为0.2kgVSS/kgCOD。在没有外加碳源的情况下,NH4+-N基本上完全被硝化,对TN的平均去除率约为79%,出水平均TN保持在10.76mg/L左右;在厌氧、缺氧、好氧的交替驯化下,反硝化除磷菌和好氧聚磷菌在系统内得到了富集和强化。当系统的SRT为40d左右时,对TP的平均去除率为85%,出水TP在0.93mg/L左右,其中反硝化除磷和好氧吸磷对去除TP的贡献分别为44.63%和51.84%,膜截留所占比例为3.53%。间歇抽吸出水、在线气泡冲刷、水力反冲及定期药洗能够有效抑制膜污染,控制跨膜压差在20~30kPa之间,保证了其能够持续运行。A pilot-scale membrane bioreactor for biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal was utilized to treat the domestic sewage in a northern city. The operation for about 200 days shows that the removal rates of COD and BOD5 are 93% and 98% respectively, in which the contribution rates of bio- degradation and membrane rejection to COD removal are 88.4% and ll. 6% respectively. The sludge production is 0.2 kgVSS/kgCOD at the average loading rate of 0.68 kgCOD/( m3 ~ d). Without addition of carbon source, ammonia nitrogen is totally nitrified, and the average removal rate of TN is about 79%, with the effluent TN of 10.76 mg/L. During the alternate domestication under anaerobic, anoxic and aer- obic conditions, denitrifying PAOs and aerobic PAOs are enriched and enhanced. When the SRT is about 40 days, the average removal rate of TP is about 85%, with the effluent TP of 0.93 mg/L, in which the contribution rates of denitrifying PAOs, aerobic PAOs and membrane rejection to TP removal are 44.63%, 51.84% and 3.53% respectively. Intermittent suction, on-line air bubble scouring, hydraulic backwash and regular chemical wash can effectively inhibit membrane fouling and control TMP at 20 to 30 kPa, which ensures the continuous operation of MBR.
