摘 要:通过分析水泵的全特性曲线,并利用通用公式和就近取值这两种方法,得到不同比转速的水泵全特性曲线的数值化离散数据,同时还分析了这两种方法所得数据的差异,最后通过工程实例进行停泵水锤计算,研究数值差异对大管径长距离平坦管道水力过渡过程的影响。结果表明,不同比转速的水泵全特性曲线具有较大差异,依据相似理论对水泵全特性曲线进行数值化改造在理论上是可行的;同类型水泵的全特性曲线差异不大,曲线数值化后也有相同的特点;对大管径长距离平坦管道进行安全的水锤防护时,应以管道稳压排气为主。The numerical discrete data of full characteristic curves of the pumps with different spe- cific speeds were obtained by analyzing the full characteristic curve of the pump and using all-purpose for- mula method and nearest neighbor method. The difference between two methods was also analyzed, and the pump-off water hammer was calculated with a practical engineering project. The influence of the nu- merical difference on the hydraulic transient process of long distance and large diameter fiat pipeline was studied. The results show that the full characteristic curves of the pump with different specific speeds are very different, and it is theoretically feasible to perform numerical reconstruction of the full characteristic curve of pump according to the similarity theory. The difference of the full characteristic curve between the same type pumps is small and its features are similar after the curve numeralization. When preventing the water hammer in long distance and large diameter fiat pipeline, the stable pressure and venting of the pipeline should be given priority.
