摘　　要：介绍了孙口黄河大桥整体节点的焊接特点。定位焊、不等厚对接焊、棱角焊、角接焊、平联节点板的焊接技术，消除了棱角焊等产生的咬边、沟槽、高温裂纹、烧穿和焊偏等问题，通过采用合理的焊接顺序，确保了整体节点的制造精度和焊接质量。In this paper,the welding characteristics of monolithic gusset for Sunkou Yellow River Bridge were introduced.By use of welding technique,such as tack weld difference thick butt welding,angle welding fillet welding and the gusset plate welding of longitudinal level bracing,some problems,for example,undercut,flume and ditch,hot crack,burn through and lack of fusion,which was caused by angle welding were eliminated.By rational welding sequence,the manufacture precision and welding quality of the monolithic gusset were ensured.
