摘　　要：兼顾普碳钢和不锈钢的性能及其生产工艺,中国重型机械研究院有限公司研制开发了国内最大规格单机架可逆式冷轧机组,介绍了该机组的设备组成及工艺流程、主要技术参数和采用的关键技术等。现场实际使用状况表明,该机组选型正确、操作方便、运行稳定可靠,其整体性能完全满足普碳钢生产的要求,并可兼顾不锈钢的生产。Taking the performance and their production technologies of plain carbon steel and stainless steel into account, a single-stand reversing cold-rolling mill with the domestic largest size is researched and manufactured. This article introduced its equipment configuration, process flow, main technical parameters, adoptive key technologies, etc. The actual site operation condition indicates that it has right model selection and is easy to operate with stable and reliable working condition. Its overall performance not only completely meets the production requirements for plain carbon steel, but also gives attention to the production of stainless steel.
