摘  要:本文以青铜峡铝业集团的UL+Z-1 500+255/14型铝镁硅连铸连轧机组为研究对象,以Y型三辊连轧机直齿圆锥齿轮的安装误差对圆铝杆表面质量的影响为研究内容,基于ADAMS软件对其进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明,Y型三辊连轧机直齿圆锥齿轮的安装误差可造成同一机架的三个轧辊的速度不一致,这种速度差不仅会造成圆铝杆表面的刮擦划伤和麻面斑痕等表面缺陷,而且当轧制温度较低时,会造成圆铝杆表面形状的差异,进而会形成麻坑、起皮、分层、裂纹等,导致圆铝杆产品因表面质量而不合格。因此,在提高直齿圆锥齿轮零部件的设计要求与加工精度的同时,重视和提高安装精度,是保证和提高圆铝杆表面质量的有效途径。This article takes UL + Z - 1 500 + 255/14 type Al - Mg - Si continuous casting and rolling line of Qingtongxia Aluminum Group as the research object and the effect of installation error of straight bevel gear in Y type three roller continuous mill on the surface quality of round aluminum rod as the research contents and simula- tion analysis is carried out based on ADAMS software. Analysis results indicates that installation error of straight bevel gear in Y type three roller continuous mill can cause three rollers in the same rack with inconsonant speed and the speed difference not only causes surface defect for round aluminum rod including scraping, scratch, pits and spots, but also brings about surface properties difference of round aluminum rod when it is under lower rolling temperature and then pits, peeling, layering, crack, etc. will appear which will cause round aluminum rod disqualification because of surface quality. Therefore, the design of components and parts for straight bevel gear and machining accuracy shall be improved while installation accuracy shall be paid more attention and improved which is an effective approach to ensure and improve the surface quality of aluminum rod.
