摘 要:针对部分W火焰锅炉存在飞灰可燃物含量高、NOx排放量高及结渣严重等问题,在试验装置上测定炉内单相及两相流场,在实体锅炉上测量燃烧过程中炉内温度场及O2、CO和NO浓度分布,研究了W火焰锅炉炉内流动特性及燃烧特性,并结合数值模拟找出了产生以上问题的原因.提出高效低NOx燃烧原理及技术,包括双通道叶片式浓淡分离技术、浓淡煤粉气流合理布置技术、二次风下倾技术、燃尽风技术和缓解翼墙结渣技术,将这些技术部分或全部应用于某些锅炉,获得良好效果.Aiming at the problems of part of the down-fired boilers, such as high carbon content in fly ash, high nitrogen oxide (NO=) emissions and seriously slagging, single phase and two phase flow fields in the furnace were measured on the test rig, and temperature filed as well as concentration distributions of O2, CO and NO in the furnace were measured on the real boiler to study the flow and combustion characteristics in the furnace of the down-fired boilers. Combining with numerical simulation, the causes for abovementioned problems were found out. The combustion principle and technology for high efficiency and low NOx emissions were presented, including fuel bias by louver concentrator with double channels, logical arrangement of fuel-rich and fuel-lean flows, secondary air declinition, over fire air and slagging alleviation on wings wall. The techniques have been partly or fully used in some boilers and good effects have been achieved.
