摘  要:针对医学领域排尿功能障碍性疾病的诊断问题,提出了利用计算机仿真的方法,对排尿过程中尿动力学各参数之间的关系进行三维可视化仿真研究。利用GLScene组件设计了一种表征各参数关系的三维可视化系统,该系统集三维坐标系的建立、各参数曲线的绘制与生成、三维模型的多视角观测与缩放、三维模型的保存与重用等功能于一体。实际应用结果表明,该系统运行得到的仿真曲线与理论曲线基本吻合,为医学领域排尿功能障碍性疾病的研究起到积极的推动作用。Aimed at the problems of the diagnosis of the dysfunction disease of Micmrition in the field of medicine, we proposed the method of using computer simulation, and studied the three-dimensional visualization on the relations of various parameters in urodyna- mics ofmicturition during micturition process. Based on the GLScene component, the system of the three-dimensional visualization on the relations of various parameters in urodynamics of micturition is provided. This system includes establishing of coordinate system, drawing and generating of the parametric curve, observating and zooming of the three-dimension model, saving and reusing of the three-dimension model. Practical application demonstrates that, the simulation curves by running of this system are basically consistent with the theoretical curves, it will promots the researchs of the dysfunction disease of Micturition in the field of medicine.
